Munich-based label Plattenbank Music unveils its latest release – a captivating collaboration between Maze 28 and Aman Anand, two artists who continue to push the boundaries of melodic and progressive electronic music.
Maze 28, the alias of Albanian producer and DJ Mario Zefi, and Aman Anand, a forward-thinking artist from Bangalore, India, have both carved distinctive paths in the underground circuit. Their shared passion for deep atmospheres and evolving soundscapes finds perfect harmony in this release.
The opening track, “Dreamspace,” builds patiently, layer by layer, with delicate percussive details, shakers, and open hi-hats lending a tactile texture. Subtle ethnic undertones enrich the progression, while a restrained yet soulful saxophone emerges as the track’s defining voice — weaving melancholy and depth into its rhythmic pulse.
