Rush have added four dates to their high-profile 50 Something tour. The recently reactivated group will now also perform at Houston’s Toyota Center on October 1, St Louis’s Enterprise Center on October 21, Cincinnati, OH’s Heritage Bank Center on October 23 and Pittsburgh, PA’s PPG Paints Arena on November 15. Rush principals Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson said in a statement, “When we initially booked this tour we didn’t know how well we would hold up to the rigours of the road—so we played it safe with lots of days off to recover—but life is nothing if not surprising and we’re doing fine and having a blast, so why not try to hit a few more of the cities that have always treated us so well.”

Tickets and VIP for these four new dates will go on sale here on Friday, Sept 4 at 10 am local time with presales beginning Tue, Sept 1 at 10 am local. Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets beginning Tuesday, September 1 at 10 am local time until Thursday, September 3 at 10 pm local time through the Citi Entertainment program.

Rush’s world tour will continue in Montreal on September 2. Anika Nilles has served as Rush’s drummer since the band regrouped last year. Classic Rush drummer Neil Peart passed away in 2020.

Greensky Bluegrass will kick off 2027 with hometown shows at Kalamazoo, MI’s Wings Event Center on January 1 and 2. These performances follow the jamgrass outfit’s recently announced New Year’s Eve shows at Chicago’s Salt Shed on December 30 and 31. A fan pre-sale begins tomorrow at 10am ET with general on sale to follow on Friday, September 4 at 10 am ET.  

The Michigan-bred band recently played a series of shows in their home state, where they welcomed Billy Strings and Vince Herman in Grand Rapids and shared the stage with Strings at his Ionia Freak Fair. They will perform in Richmond, VA, on Thursday. Béla Fleck is also on the bill.
