Goose Crash Boulder College Party Ahead of Red Rocks Run

Goose made a surprise appearance at college house party in Boulder, CO last night, entertaining a group of students ahead of their sold-out five-night swing through Colorado. The quartet offered a mix of originals and covers, kicking things off with a seamless segue from “The Empress Of Organos” into Creedence Clearwater Revival’s “Green River,” the second part of “The Empress Of Organos” and “Thatch.” From there, the musicians paused briefly before moving from “Yeti” into Foster the People’s “Pumped Up Kicks,” the rest of “Yeti” and Stevie Wonder’s “Boogie On Reggae Woman.” They closed the surprise set with “Animal,” during which, in classic college-party fashion, the police attempted to bust the show, though the band played on. The party marked the first time Goose has covered “Pumped Up Kicks” since October 3, 2025, and first time they have performed “Boogie on Reggae Woman” since February 29, 2020.

Goose will perform at Morrison, CO’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre this evening, as well as on August 28 and September 1. They will also appear at Bellevue, CO’s The Mishawaka on August 31 and Dillon, CO’s Dillon Amphitheater on September 2.
