Billy Cogan to mark Smashing Pumpkins anniversaries with solo shows

Billy Corgan is going on tour to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Smashing Pumpkins‘ ‘Mellon Collie And The Infinite Sadness’ – but without the rest of the band.
